The Langham’s Guest Artist Series is proud to present multi-award winning singer songwriter Lizzie Hoyt live in the intimate Langham theatre on Sunday, December 3 at 7 pm. She and her trio return for a special Celtic-folk Christmas show – Ancient Carols for a Mid-Winters Night.

Blessed with the voice of an angel, Hoyt delivers music with soaring melodies rooted in Celtic and folk traditions and has become one of Canada’s most powerful Celtic-folk artists. In 2013, Lizzy was awarded the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal by the Governor General of Canada for her outstanding contribution to commemorating Canadian veterans and history through music.

A talented multi-instrumentalist, her voice has been described as “otherworldly” and “pure” and as a singer, she has been recognized for her clarity and precision. Join her trio for an evening of fiddle, Celtic harp, step-dance and stories!

Don’t miss this special performance! Tickets are $20, available at Willow and Sunnyside in Kaslo. Doors open at 6:30 pm.
